For Pontus Frithiof Wine Club, a great drinking experience has never been about alcohol alone. It is about flavor, craftsmanship and finding the right bottle for the moment.

As the way we drink continues to evolve, alcohol-free choices deserve the same thought and attention as any other selection. Whether for an entire evening, alongside a particular course or simply because the occasion calls for something different, choosing not to drink alcohol shouldn't mean stepping outside the experience.

This collection reflects that philosophy. Three distinctive bottles, selected for what they bring to the glass and to the table, rather than for what they leave out because a great wine list should have something exceptional for everyone.

The Wine

The grapes come from organically farmed vineyards, where vines between five and fifteen years old are trained using the traditional Guyot system. The focus is on the natural character of the fruit, allowing the freshness, aromatic intensity and sweetness of the grapes to take center stage.

Formulation

The blend brings together Donauriesling, Muskateller, Muscaris and Johanniter, four aromatic grape varieties grown in the vineyards of Lower Austria. Planted on loess and gravel soils, the vines benefit from the region's combination of Pannonian warmth and continental influences. The result is fruit with generous natural sweetness and the lively acidity needed to create a beautifully balanced sparkling juice.

Aroma

Immediately expressive, with the inviting fragrance of freshly pressed grapes rising from the glass. The aromatic character is generous and distinctly fruity, setting the tone for a sparkling drink that celebrates the grapes themselves.

Palate

Lively and refreshing, with a creamy mousse and the pure sweetness of freshly pressed grapes. A bright, lime-like acidity cuts through the fruit, bringing energy and balance to the palate. The finish is long, juicy and gently sweet, leaving a wonderfully fresh impression.

Goes Well With

A lovely aperitif in its own right, Loimer's sparkling grape juice also works beautifully with light appetisers, fresh fruit and delicate cheeses. Its natural sweetness and vibrant acidity make it an appealing partner for mildly spiced dishes, while its lively bubbles make it equally enjoyable served simply, well chilled.
