CeniPrimo is Sangiovese seen through one very particular place. Grown on an ancient river terrace in Gaiole, the wine has the depth and generosity of the vintage, but also a striking sense of precision. Floral, layered and beautifully structured, it is a powerful expression of Chianti Classico without losing its elegance.

Expressive and finely detailed, with ripe red cherry and darker fruit opening into violet, sweet spice and subtle balsamic notes. There is generosity here, but also a freshness that keeps the aromatics lifted and precise. On the palate the wine is broad and enveloping on the palate, yet beautifully balanced. The fruit is layered with spice and savoury nuances, carried by vibrant acidity and polished, almost sweet tannins. The finish is long, harmonious and persistent.
Goes well with

CeniPrimo has the structure for bistecca alla Fiorentina, roast beef and game, but its freshness makes it surprisingly versatile at the table. A wine that rewards time in the glass and will continue to develop beautifully with age.
