Character

The nose expresses delicate floral notes of jasmine and ripe citrus hints of mandarin, nuanced by pastry notes of brioche and thin apple tart, lifted by a hint of spice, white pepper and ginger. As the wine breathes, the Pinot Noir character asserts itself with nuances of old rose, smoke and dark fruits such as blueberry and blackberry. On the palate the cuvée reveals notes of liquorice and violet, evolving towards tones of almond biscuit and sweet cherry. The palate extends with precision towards aromas of candied lemon, mandarin peel and chalk, leaving a persistent finish
