Produced in the heart of Pessac-Léognan, this Grand Cru Classé brings together Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon in a wine of extraordinary depth and finesse. The 2023 vintage is particularly expressive, combining vibrant fruit, delicate floral notes and a beautifully textured palate with the precision that defines the estate's style.

Character

Expressive and beautifully layered, with fresh citrus and delicate herbal notes opening into white flowers, including hawthorn, acacia and elderflower. Ripe white peach, nectarine and pear bring generosity, while a subtle hint of passion fruit adds an exotic dimension. The overall impression is one of remarkable freshness, purity and aromatic complexity. On the palate the wine is rich and beautifully textured, yet defined by elegance and precision. Juicy stone fruit and ripe pear unfold across the palate, complemented by delicate floral bitterness and subtle savoury nuances. Vibrant acidity brings energy and definition to the wine's generous texture, creating a remarkable balance between concentration and freshness. The finish is exceptionally long, pure and persistent.

Pair with roasted turbot, scallops with beurre blanc, lobster, roast chicken with herbs or veal in a delicate cream sauce. Its freshness and aromatic complexity also make it an excellent partner for asparagus, spring vegetables and dishes featuring fresh herbs.
